Hello everyone! Okay let’s talk about my new favorite brunch place.. it is Einstein’s which is located at 1077 Juniper St NE! I’m so glad I finally got to try this place. My best friend and boss recommended it to me so I knew I had to go. It has won several “best brunch” awards and I can definitely see why with its delicious food and great indoor and outdoor seating! Parking here is limited but you can valet. Here are items on the menu that my friends and I tried out!
When you first sit down, the waiter brings you a sampler of different types of bread and wow are they delicious. From my memory, they are all sweet breads served with a little butter. My friends personal favorite is the pumpkin bread.
For my main course, I had the Chipotle Salmon Croquettes with a drizzling of creole remoulade ($12).. doesn’t that sound amazing? Well it was & literally the entire time I was eating it, I was saying “oh my gosh, oh my gosh”. lol The remoulade had the perfect amount tang to it & the dish was so flavorful. For sides, I got eggs and brunch potatoes! I would definitely order this again.
To try more items on the menu, my friend and I decided to split the Bourbon Banana French Toast ($10) which was made of bread, bananas, peanut butter glaze, and white chocolate curls. (The peanut butter glaze seemed like it was a mix of peanut butter and honey.) This dish was absolutely insane and large and the picture only shows half of the dish!! It was a very heavy and rich thing to eat in the morning so don’t try to run a 5k after eating it. If you have a sweet tooth, you will love this.
My friend had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an english muffin with a side of grits and he really liked it!
If you’re not convinced by now, then let me just tell you again, you NEED to try Einstein’s ASAP! I can’t wait to go back here!
