Imagine Music Festival- August 26-28!!

Ah! Imagine Music Festival is August 26-28th & unlike past years, this year’s event is at the Atlanta Motor Speedway! The change of venue means that this festival is going to be Atlanta’s Largest EDM Camping Festival (887 acres)! Honestly, there is nothing like dancing with thousands of people who are just trying to live & have fun- the energy, music, & happiness that surrounds music festivals is truly amazing. The event will have 5+ stages: Main Aquatic, Live, House, DnB, Silent Disco, Satellite Stages & more. The venus is just 15 miles south of the airport, has onsite parking, camping options, RV spaces, & a “360-degree sensory experience that blends music, circus troupes, performers, dancers, transformational village, art, workshops, classes & more.” The festival is an 18 & over event.

Tickets for general admission start at $199 for a 3-day pass & VIP tickets are available for $399 (find all tickets here). Camping passes are available too with prices starting at $69. Q1. How does Imagine Music Festival stand out from other music festivals across the country?

A: There is this amazing energy at Imagine that makes you feel like you are a part of something greater. Many beautiful souls coming together for the love of the music, the community, the vibe and of course Mermaids.

Q2. What do you want festival go-ers to take away from their experience at Imagine?

A: Besides having an incredible time, we hope that festival goers will have an opportunity to learn about different styles of music, art forms, people, transformational ideas and leave with memories that will last forever with friends and family new and old.

Q3. How will this year’s event be different from last year, since the venue is the Atlanta Motor Speedway?

A: The biggest difference this year will be the addition of camping and the community that in itself creates. Being in a new larger space has also opened the door to many new experiences such as amusement rides, additional stages, activations, performers and an even bigger lineup. The rest you will have to see for yourself.

Q4. What is your top tip for having a great festival experience?

A: Be positive! Come ready to make new friends and don’t be afraid to dance. While you are doing all of that be sure to keep hydrated, wear comfortable shoes and be responsible.

I have seen my favorite DJ, Dillon Francis, live 3 times and he puts on SUCH a fun set! Don’t miss it! (This May I also was fortunate enough to meet him!)

Gramatik is such a unique artist and his music is described as a mixture of hip hop, jazz and electro. I especially love that he pulls out live instruments during his set (I’ve seen his show twice and he did that both times)!
