Brunch: West Egg Cafe

IMG_3160.JPGHey everyone! I wanted to share with y’all an awesome brunch spot called West Egg Café in West Midtown! I had been wanting to go here for soo long because everyone talks about it but there apparently is always a killer line (an hour wait).. so that’s why it took me so long to go here. But the hype about this place is totally justified! Here’s what I ordered and thought about everything!

Salmon Cakes Benedict and Garlic Grits- $14– pictured above on the right- My friend recommended this dish to me and I thought it was great! I especially love that the grits had a garlic flavor to them since most restaurants don’t have this.

IMG_3203.jpgLavender Latte– This latte was so delicious and I finished this whole thing! Would definitely recommend if you’re a big coffee drinker like me. (It’s also so Instagram-worthy!)

IMG_3214.jpgMilk Way Latte-pictured above- 2 of my blogger friends ordered this and really liked it!

Chocolate Sour Cream Pancakes- $6-$8– pictured above- I only tried a bite of these but thought they’d be a great option if you’re more of a sweets person! They’re served with syrup and spiced honey butter!

I can always appreciate a spot in the city that has parking and luckily for this restaurant, you can park in the parking deck adjacent to it! Definitely recommend going here the next time you’re looking a brunch spot in west midtown! It’s the perfect ambience to catch up with your parents or friends and it’s so yummy!
