It is my birthday on Friday and I’m so excited that, Monday Night Brewing, my favorite brewery in ATL, is helping me celebrate! They sent me a few beers to review for you guys and to bring with me on my girls’ trip this weekend to Nashville! If you haven’t already been, definitely check out Monday Night Brewery as well as the new Monday Night Garage! You can also find their beers in a variety of stores and restaurants! I love that as a brand, they have so much character and are so unique! See what I thought of the beers I tried below!
I’m On A Boat: 4.8% ABV- “I’m On A Boat is an easy drinking golden ale that’s enjoyable floating on the water, or hanging on shore. A low ABV crusher, I’m On A Boat is brewed with Pilsner malt and wheat for a crisp and clean drinking experience. Finished with Lemondrop hops for just enough bite.”– This tasted just as the description said, a light beer that is easy to drink and perfect for summer! I really liked the subtle hint of wheat in the after taste and that this beer isn’t heavy. Try it out!
From Left to Right:
Dr. Robot: 5% ABV- “A tart, fruity sour beer. After souring to a delightfully tart level, we add blackberry juice and lemon zest to enhance and balance the flavor.”– This beer tasted like kombucha+beer in a good way! It’s honestly the only sour beer I’ve ever liked! I can definitely see myself drinking a cold can of this in the summer!
Fu Manbrew: 5.2% ABV- “A bright, spicy Belgian-style wit. An effervescent, easy-drinking wheat beer, brewed with Belgian yeast, German hops, and a whisper of ginger from the Far East.”– This is my favorite Monday Night beer! I am a big fan of wheat beers and the flavor of this one!
Drafty Kilt: 7.2% ABV- “A roasty scotch ale with a hint of smoke. Full-bodied, but not overpowering. Drafty Kilt is a dark, malty bombshell of a beer.”– Definitely a darker, stronger beer but still great! I like drinking this one when I’m hanging out with friends at the brewery!
Hope you all decide to try these out and head over to Monday Night Brewery & Garage!!
Thank you to Monday Night Brewing for sponsoring this post. All opinions are 100% my own.
