If many of you are like me and planning to be more active when you begin your full time career, then you’re probably thinking about joining a gym! Today I’m really excited to tell you about Atmasphere which is a really cool, new yoga & workout studio in Buckhead! Keep reading to see what class my friend Morgan and I tried as well as what this studio has to offer! So Morgan and I tried out the Atma Hot yoga class and I had never done a yoga class before! The instructor, Lisa, was really nice and professional in making sure that we were doing all the poses right! The class was relaxing but also was a great workout (sitting in the chair position pose? ouch lol). It was 60 minutes and was in the coolest studio that was dark but had lights that changed color! I definitely recommend trying out this class. If you want to see the full schedule for all classes, click here! If you sign up you can also get your first class for free!
Atma offers meditation studios as well as yoga classes that are combined with meditation! I loved the way the room in the pic below looked! Seems so relaxing!
Atma has cycling classes and the staff mentioned that there are monitors that tell you how you’re doing! They mentioned that you can bring a friend and basically race them in your class! The studio also has lights that change color based on the intensity of the workout! Atmasphere’s use of lights is so cool and unique!
If you prefer to have a personal trainer, you can get that at Atmasphere as well! The private studios are spacious but would be perfect if you wanted to bring a friend or go alone to get a workout done!
Atmasphere offers a varieties of teas & has plenty of places to lounge around after your workout!
The bathrooms smell great and are really nice as well! There are lockers to store your items and showers to freshen up after your class!
The staff here was so nice and I could definitely see myself coming back here! Hope you decide to try a class out here! (Photo credit for most of the pics in this post go to Evan Jones at Etos Photography.)
